As you listen to your music with the Pixel Buds A-Series True Wireless In-Ear Headphones from Google, they can detect ambient sound and auto-adjust the volume to suit each situation. They can also detect whether they are in or out of your ears, automatically pausing and resuming playback so you don't miss a beat. When you need to interact with the outside world, real-time in-ear translation and more is just a "Hey Google" voice command away, and dual beamforming mics in each earbud work to keep hands-free calls crystal clear. Add in a charging case, a comfortable & secure fit, and sweat resistance, and the Pixel Buds A-Series become an ideal entertainment and communication solution for those on the move.
Note:
Auto-volume adjustment, real-time translation, 1-tap pairing, Find My Device, and "Hey Google" features require a smartphone running Android 6.0 or newer.
Comfortable & Secure Fit
Whether you're walking downtown or working out, the flush-to-ear design with three eartip options and integrated stabilizer arc, all come together to keep the Pixel Buds A-Series comfortable and secure in your ears. The addition of a spatial vent adds to long-term enjoyment by reducing in-ear pressure and offering awareness of your surroundings.
Charging Case
On a full charge, the Pixel Buds A-Series can play back music, podcasts, and other audio for up to 5 hours, or let you talk for up to 2.5 hours. The included charging case stores the earbuds when not in use and automatically recharges them while inside. The built-in battery has enough power for up to 19 hours of additional listening time, or up to 9.5 hours of additional talk time.
Quick Charge
If you're in a rush and forgot to put your earbuds back in the case, a quick 15-minute charge can deliver up to 3 hours of listening time or up to 1.5 hours of talk time.
1-Tap Pairing
The Pixel Buds A-Series work with any Bluetooth 4.0+-compatible device, but Android users can enjoy 1-tap pairing on supported devices. Once the earbuds are turned on, pairing is done automatically, giving you a simple prompt on your mobile device.
Find My Device
If you were to misplace your Pixel Buds A-Series headphones, you can use Find My Device to play an audible ring from the headphones to locate them if nearby. If they're not nearby, you can view their last known location on a map. This feature is available on devices running Android 6.0 or later.
Touch Controls
Integrated touch-based controls let you tap the outside of the earbuds to answer calls, play or pause music, skip tracks, or activate Google Assistant.
What is the difference between these and the series A?
The Google Pixel Buds Pro Noise-Canceling True Wireless In-Ear Headphones (Charcoal) BH #GOPBPCH are significantly larger than the lightweight A-Series. In our experience, the Pixel Buds Pro fit comfortably, but they will stick out of your ears a little farther than the A-Series.While the Pixel Buds A-Series have what Google calls a spatial vent to help relieve in-ear pressure and let some external sound into your ears, the Pixel Buds Pro ditched that feature for a more closed design.
