Shipping And Delivery

(1) International shipping - india ports

Most of the products in our store is imported against the order placed by the customers. The products will be first imported to Tanotis warehouse in India (As we pay import duties and handle customs clearance). Later it will be delivered from Tanotis warehouse to your address. We will update the tracking details in the tracking page as soon as the product is shipped. Sometimes we may receive the tracking details late but the package may already be in transit or may already be delivered to us. In that case, we will not update the tracking details. We may not update international tracking details for all orders. We import the packages with major carriers through their fastest service available. Our Partners,

(2) Domestic shipping - india

We delivery almost everywhere across India. We have tied up with significant courier partners in India. Just enter your address and checkout, we will handle the delivery. We use the fastest service available to deliver, in the order of preference our courier partners(not an exhaustive list). In case of any delay, you can contact them and give additional information which might help them for delivering the products. We will reship to you to either a new address or the same address only after you contact us.

(4) Shipping and handling fees

Mokodo offer free shipping for products above INR 10,000/-
Why Does Mokodo Not provide Free Shipping?
Free shipping is a myth, and please do not fall for it. Sites that offer free shipping will
include the shipping charges in the product prices. Check this example.

We collect shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Unlike other sites, we
do not include shipping charges in the product price. So even when you buy more
quantity or add different items, you will be charged only once.

5) Edit order details

We can make changes to the order placed in the following cases. You need to contact us to make any changes.
• We will edit the shipping address after the order is placed, but before the order is shipped to your address.
• We will change the name on Invoice or add additional details even after the product is delivered.
• We will change the quantity or model of the ordered product if the order is not yet processed with our supplier. Usually, the order is processed within 1-48 hours of receiving your order.
• We can hold processing your order if you change mind. It would help if you informed us at the earliest. If the order is already processed, we will not be able to hold it.
• We will not be able to make any changes to the ordered product once the product is shipped from our supplier.

(6) Need the product immediately

We always use the fastest mode of Priority transport to deliver the products. All the products on the website have to be imported from different countries before delivery. We work all the time to get the products delivered to you at the earliest. Even though you are willing to pay extra, we will not be able to deliver any faster than the estimated days mentioned on the website. It is only because some of the process it takes to get the product is beyond our control(For Eg. Custom Clearance, international shipping.)

(7) Wrong Product Received

This is a rare case as we take the utmost care before dispatching the product to the customer. In case you receive a wrong product, you need to inform us immediately, and we will help you get the correct product. Wrong product claim is only considered if you get a completely different product than what was ordered.

(8) Missing Quantity

In case you receive fewer quantities than what was ordered. Please inform us immediately. We will investigate the issue and reship the missing quantities
