Is it possible to access the connected IP cameras directly from other network devices over the LAN port?
Yes, with a web browser you would access the system and go to Configuration Network Advanced Settings Other, click the check box for Enable Virtual Host, click save. Then you would go to the IP camera management interface and you will see a connect column on the right-most side of the camera list.
