I bought this laptop and the extra M2 slot is fairly easy to get to, Asus has an upgrade manual on their site for taking it apart. I used a Samsung 980 Pro M2 PCIE 4 NVME 2tb - it works awesome - Note: there is not an extra screw to hold down the SSD - I stole one from the MB - but I need to find a replacement (tiny)
