Do you need external speakers for this monitor for sound?
You do need external speakers since it is only a monitor. I would say I am very very satisfied with the monitor itself. Although meant for gaming, it is a great work productivity booster since you can have several documents visible on the screen at one time. Great resolution, beautiful images too.
