ScreenBeam SBWD9 Overview
Designed for medium-to-large deployments in enterprise settings, the ScreenBeam 960 1080p Wireless
Display Receiver is a cross-platform collaboration solution that allows presenters to wirelessly
share and markup/annotate content on the in-room display directly from their laptop, smartphone, or
tablet (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android).
With native screen mirroring, extended desktop, and interactive touch displays, users can wirelessly
present from anywhere in the room, sharing videos, images, and slides without having to install an
application or a cable—creating a natural workflow with clear 1080p image resolution for interactive
meetings that are more productive.
The 960 offers company and guest devices multiple ways to connect including Miracast, local Wi-Fi
mode, and network infrastructure connectivity—providing more flexibility, reducing complexity, and
lowering cost for a variety of network policies and deployment needs. HDMI, VGA, and USB outputs are
available for wired connectivity to your display. A 3.5mm analog output provides high-quality audio
to your room speakers.
The Central Management System (CMS) Enterprise software is included to monitor, manage, and deploy
multiple ScreenBeam receivers.
Miracast Technology with Windows Ink Support
Windows device users can enjoy touch display and Windows Ink support, so annotations on the touch
display are instantly captured and saved on the presenter's device.
Extended Desktop Mode
ScreenBeam natively supports the Miracast standard built into Windows 10/8.1 allowing presenters to
both wirelessly duplicate content on their screen to a display and use extended desktop. Use
extended mode whenever you anticipate you'll need your device for other actions, such as quickly
accessing your web browser or taking an important call.
Device Management for IT Teams
Every 960 includes the Central Management System (CMS) Enterprise software to easily deploy, manage,
remotely configure, group, customize, apply policies, and push device firmware updates to all
ScreenBeam receivers within the network.
